Hi, my name is Ingrid Moore. I am a Gen-X er and a native West Tennessean who loves audio books, spending time with my pets, and digital and non-digital coloring books. Also, I am a sister, an aunt ,and an educator who has been teaching elementary school for 22 years. My favorite subjects are History and Social Science. I am spiritual and I like to journal my thoughts and add affirmations through scripture.

The coolness of coloring
When I was a little girl, my favorite pastime was coloring. It was relaxing and allowed me to express my creative side. Now, as an adult, I have found that my love for coloring is still present. It is a great stress reliever. My current coloring books are very diverse, allowing me to be creative, inspired, and uplifted. I like to listen to music while I am coloring as well. When I am coloring, I am in my own little world and it helps to take my mind off of my daily stressors and worries. So, grab a coloring book and relax! You will be surprised by how much it helps to center your mind.
